This Return and Refund Policy is made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms. 1. General Policy: We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the conditions mentioned in this policy. All requests must be raised within the applicable return window. Products must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging, labels, and accessories. 2. Return Window: Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery unless a different period is specifically mentioned in the product description. Eligible Reasons for Return: A return will be accepted only under the following conditions: (a) The product received is damaged, defective, or not working. Non-Returnable Products: The following categories are not eligible for return unless the item received is damaged or incorrect: (a) Items that are opened, used, installed, or altered. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order number, product photos, and reason for return. Inspection and Approval: After receiving the returned item, it will undergo inspection. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. 9. Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be treated as a return request. If shipping has already occurred, the customer may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side. 10. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery: If an order returns to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may have to pay re-shipping charges. Refunds for such cases will exclude shipping costs. 11. Damaged or Tampered Delivery: If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, customers must reject the parcel and immediately inform us.
